What are your operating hours?

Our class is available from Monday to Friday 6am, 8am and 6pm on weekdays, and NO CLASS on weekends.

Please note that our hours may vary on holidays, so we recommend checking our website or contacting us directly for any holiday schedule changes.

Do you offer personal training sessions?

Yes, we provide personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness goals and needs. Our trainers offer one-on-one sessions as well as group training options. Please ask for more information on packages & rates,

How do I cancel my membership?
